Thanks for getting back to me. If the member affected could also test on a different web browser and see if that helps. I wasn't able to reproduce the blank screen at my end when I clicked on a friend request link to my test Ning Network.

Thanks for writing in on behalf of some members who are experiencing an issue with accepting friend requests. After they click on the link from the email notification that they receive, they should be taken to the "Requestes Received" page. If there are friend requests, this page will display after you click on the "Friends" link. Could you let me know what members are seeing after they clicked on the link from the email that they received? They could also try signing into your Ning Network first before clicking on the link.
With in regards to seeing messaging errors and blank screens, could you let me know which types of messages you are seeing issues with? A screenshot (http://help.ning.com/cgi-bin/ning.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faq....) will also help me see what you're seeing.
