Hello! I am new to this group. I have received 4 emails for friend requests but do not know how to accept them. I went to the link provided on the email, but cannot figure out what to do next. Can someone help me. I tried asking on the chat discussion, but no one would answer me so I am at a loss.

I too am having problems!
I too cannot get to the accept friend request page,so i am losing out on making new friends here.

Alison, I'd like you to turn in a trouble ticket with tech support. I'm going to do this too -- but I think they may have to reach out to you directly. You can get them at www.help.ning.com and scroll to the bottom and then click "contact us". PLEASE let me know what they say and when they reach out!

Thanks for getting back to me. If the member affected could also test on a different web browser and see if that helps. I wasn't able to reproduce the blank screen at my end when I clicked on a friend request link to my test Ning Network.

Thanks for writing in on behalf of some members who are experiencing an issue with accepting friend requests. After they click on the link from the email notification that they receive, they should be taken to the "Requestes Received" page. If there are friend requests, this page will display after you click on the "Friends" link. Could you let me know what members are seeing after they clicked on the link from the email that they received? They could also try signing into your Ning Network first before clicking on the link.

With in regards to seeing messaging errors and blank screens, could you let me know which types of messages you are seeing issues with? A screenshot (http://help.ning.com/cgi-bin/ning.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faq....) will also help me see what you're seeing.

I do not know how to do a screen shot. I am still not able to accept friends though. When I click on the link in the email it takes me to the most recent page of my discussion.
I too am not seeing the accept friends option when I follow the link. Very frustrating.
Kathlene -- did you see the instructions in the discussion right above this one? I'd like to know if those solutions help...
I am sorry that I have failed to follow the discussion. My husband and I have been out of town for over a week. We had to put my mother-in-law in a nursing home due to a broken hip (twice) so it has been pretty rough around here lately.

I still am not able to accept friends. I go to the link provided in the email stating that an individual has added me to their friend list. It says, "To accept this friend request, visit:
http://cardoftheweek.ning.com/profiles/friendrequest/listReceived?c...

When I click on that link, it takes me to my page and it says...."you have no friends". There is a button that says "Invite Friends", but when I click on that, another window opens up asking for my email address. It looks like it wants to choose friends that are in my email address book. I don't really know what to do now.
