Hello,
I wonder about the CirCut machine.
It looks great and I want one.
Does anyone own one?
Would they recommend one?
What is the best model in your opinion?
Thanks for your input.

You will fall in love with it...trust me. E bay and Michaels is best place to buy cartridges, lot cheaper than most other places. Plantin school or George should come with machine. Storybook cartridge has many scrolls, and fancy alpah on it, and I love the new a child's year, it is silhoette's of children in lots of different activities. That is my must have list, the rest is frosting on the cake.

Thanks Pat, I can't wait to dig in!
Have a happy day!

I also have the Cricut Expression and use both Design Studio and SCAL. I like the SCAL software because you can use it to cut a lot of items that you don't have carts for. A lot of free downloads on the net as well. Really recommend it.

Hey there! I don't have one but saw them at Joanne's this weekend for $99, the orig one not the expression. I have a slice which I hardly use and a cuttlebug which I use ALL the time!
hi
I got mine threw the shopping channel in canada, it came with 4 cartridges, and two packages of the inks or pens, the spatula and the 12x12 cutting matt, at the time it was the cheapest around, that was back in july. Check their site they may still have the deal. They sell the cartridges but are expensive. Hope this helps
Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for responding to my email cuz LOL! i forgot i asked this question regarding the Cricut!

My mom bought me an early Christmas present! I love it! I almost had a heart attack when I opened the box.
I have made so many wonderful cards and my kids have used it for school projects.
I love how easy it is to use.
I'll be visiting Micheal's this weekend as they have cartridges on sale $39.99)

Take care,
Happy Cards!

I haved had both, i sure do recommend cricut. right now I have the expression. it is so awesome! you can go into a craft store that sells them for a demonstration. and you tube is a great resource to learn anything and everything about it.
I would definately recomend it, but if you have done any research, it is a large investment with the machine and the varied cartridges, matts, blades etc. But it is well worth it in my opinion. One word of advise though, when choosing which cartridges to purchase, if you plan on cuting small items for scrapbooking, cardmaking etc. stay away from the detailed cartridges. ie Cars, Tinkerbell. They have many small detailed parts, which work best for large cutouts. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Ladies, don't waste your money on cartridges !!!
There is a new software that is fantasitic!!!! Provo says your warranty will not
be any good if you use it, but are you going to tell them you did???
The designer did this for his wife to use and now we are all on the bandwagon..
It costs $77.91 and he keeps adding new things to the software.
You can do a trial also
