Hi Sarah,
Glad to have you with the newbies. I too love my cuttlebug and stamping is addictive. Wait until you've been collecting rubber longer and you'll see. Just have to have it all. I live in Wisconsin in the USA and our weather here has been very windy and cold with lots of rain.

I checked out your blog and you do very nice work. It looks like you like really fancy cards. I stick to the more plain ones; I decided that it cost too much to mail cards like yours so went back to simple but nice cards. I don't have a blog so you can't really check out my work. Well, hope to see somemore of your work in the different swaps/challanges. Have a great weekend.

Hi Jean, thank you for your kind words. I love anything girly, so pink, flowers and ribbons are in abundance! My favourite stamps are Gorjuss Girls and Miss Anya. Postage is becoming a problem, can't just stick a stamp on now, you have to go to the Post Office to double check it and even then they get it wrong.

Looking forward to joining in.

Sarah, I'm not familar with Gorjuss Girls and Miss anya. I know that overseas there are lots of different companies than what we have her in the States. I too love pink with brown and my one local girlfriend always teases me about making too many cards in those colors. Are you into any digi stamps?
Jean
Hi Jean

Miss Anya's come from the States - The Greeting Farm. In fact I ordered my last set direct from there as I was too impatient to wait for them to get to the UK. Didn't do myself any favours though they took three weeks to arrive!

I never really used Digi stamps until I discovered Mo's Digital Pencil and I love all of hers.

The trouble with crafting is you have so much stuff and not enough time to use it all.

What are your favourite things/techniques?
Sarah
Well, the stamps you mentioned aren't around my area here in Wisconsin. But I will start to look for them. At present, I'll not spend too much money on stamps with Christmas coming up. Need that extra for all my family and friends.

Crafting does make you have and want lots of stuff. I know I sometimes buy stamps and then have problems remembering to use the new ones. I seem to fall back on my favorites. As far as techniques, I'm learning two new things. One is working with Prisma colors better. Learning all the things you can do with them. The other is learn more about Copics markers. I have both and don't use them very well. Then after mastering both of them, you combine them and work with both of them on the same project. That'a what I'm doing now. I really don't have a favorite technique.
