Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more

looking for a template

I am looking for a template that holds i think it was 3-6 items..like small jars.
I am hoping to make some home-made hand lotion to put in little jars and this was a carrier of sorts. I can't remember where i seen it..but i think there was the recipe for home-made lotion there also.
I've googled till i'm googled out..lol..and can't find what i'm looking for.

any help would be so much appreciated..thanks ahead for any replies..loves ya

The only one I can think of is on the Martha Stewart site, is this it? Lip Balm Templates (Tin Templates)
