My email is registered but can't use it.....help
Hi,
I need to change my email address , however it won't let me saying it's already registered. Apparently it was me that signed up just never finished going through the whole process. So I completed the process and then after approval, deactivated myself (for that logon/email) thinking that I could change my profile to that email once I 'deactivated or quit'.
Can you please please help????? I've had nothing but ISP problems which is part of the reason I need to change my email.

So, just to make sure I am on the right page -- you have two accounts here, with two different email addresses? You'd like to remove one, so that you can update your records with the other?

oh I'm not sure. I think I've confused myself. I know that before I 'deactivated' it, when I logged in it showed my full name 'Michaela'.

Got it -- you had already removed yourself from the network, it was why I couldn't find that address in active members. Are you still having issues changing the email now? If you are, I think we'll have to turn this over to tech support.
