My 'follow' emails aren't coming anymore

I am not getting the notification emails from all the groups I am following suddenly. I tried stopping and then refollowing to see if it would help and no luck. Any other suggestions?

Thank you! I can't live without my PCP group chatter, LOL! :)

Alex, we think that we have this issue fixed. Are you, by any chance, with Comcast? We had a conflict with their servers that dropped all of our notifications. That issue has been resolved. If you're still having a problem, I'd like to know so that I can investigate further.

Thanks for your patience on this! I'm still waiting for the day when everything works perfectly! LOL

I am not with Comcast - at least to my knowledge :). I am not getting the emails still, but would you like me to stop and start again as a sort of reset now to see if it will help?

No, I don't think that will help -- although you are welcome to try. My other suggestion would be to see if the emails are going into your spam folder. I use gmail, and the spam button is right next to my "archive" one, and I've accidentally sent emails to "forever" spam, and only to find them later.

If it's not spam, and it's not the Comcast issue, then I think I have to turn you over to tech support. You can reach them directly at www.help.ning.com. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and select "contact us". You should hear back from them within 24 hours.

If you don't mind, keep me posted on their response. I would love to know how to fix this for other members!

OK- they are working again!

I set up a filter and checked the 'never send to spam' box. They are arriving now!! So, it seems it might have been operator error all along. Thank you for your help and patience! I am just so glad to feel like I am back in the swing of things here, LOL!
