Permalink Reply by Susanna Boyd on January 12, 2010 at 4:01pm I apologize for the weekend delay. Could you let me know if you members have tried the steps I described below? Looking at the screenshot you sent, the issue appears to be browser related. More specifically, it looks like CSS on their browser is not loading. If they search "Enable CSS" and then their browser type in Google, they can locate instructions on enabling CSS. Without CSS code, you would missing the styling and alignment of the network.
Also, The two members you pointed out on the forum appear to be using Internet Explorer as their browser. Were they able to try out the network on an upgraded version of IE, like Internet Explorer 8. Alternatively, they could also try out Firefox (downloaded for free at www.Firefox.com). These browsers would come with CSS automatically enabled.
Let me know if you have any questions about these tips.
Thanks,
Courtenay
