Is it possible for me, as a group admin, to pull all of the photos with my group's keywords/tags into one album?

Is there a cap on how many pictures can go in an album It only let me have 7 pages worth, and then it seems like I need to start a new one.

Yes -- 100 pictures per album. You can always create another album.
