I can not post a comment, join a group or add friends...What is wrong and is there any way to fix it?

I don't know what the problem may be but hang tight because Susanna will help you figure it out :)
I usually suggest that members try a different Internet browser when random weirdness comes up. Often, there is a conflict between some plug in and our site that causes this type of thing. However, I think this might be more. If trying a different browser doesn't work, please contact tech support direct -- you can reach them at www.help.ning.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "contact us".

I can't either,even w/ a new browsr & firewall
i can't leave comments in the ABC group. I can't pull up the group's card challenges when I type in the correct # for the challenge it keeps giving me an error message. "Java script void" The comment icon just blicks @ me. I can't send PM's to members or to the group. This is the 4th day this has happened. DH put in a new browser & firewall last nite,nothing has changed.
Can U help me? This is my favo. group & I'm getting "withdraw " & miss my buddies!!

I haven't been able to leave a commnet on PCP for 3 days. Everything else on my computer works and I can go and comment on other forums, blogs, etc. I have done a system restore, upgraded to Windows 8 and nothing works on PCP. I am on 2 DT's that use your group so this is really impeding my ability to do my job.
Hey -- I'm really sorry about the technical problems. Truthfully, it sounds like an Internet browser issue -- I'd love for you to try to connect using a different browser -- for instance, try Mozilla Firefox if you use Internet Explorer or Safari.

I'm sure you have already tried this, but if you haven't, try logging off PCP and then back on. Obviously if you have done some updates to your PC then you have restarted your computer, so that didn't help, right? As a last resort, I'd follow Susanna's advice and put in a help ticket with NING.

Hi! I was wonder if there is any way to disable that annoying wibiya tool? Since this site has started using it, I'm not able to download any of the free images for any of the digital stamp challenges...
Cat, I understand. You are welcome to ask the challenge hosts to add the images as attachments as well. For the time being, the toolbar isn't able to pick and choose which images can be shared and which images can be emailed. I did turn in a request to Tech Support and I'll update you when I hear back.
Cat, I think I have this fixed now.
