Punch around a square without a corner punch the redneck way

I don't think anyone else has done this. I just came up with it last night. I have never done a tutorial before, this is my first attempt, that's why I called it the redneck way. I devised a way to punch completely around a square with just a border punch. I tried it with a ms border punch (shown in tutorial and on the card below) and an ek success border punch (not shown) both worked. I got so excited, I forgot to take a picture of one step, but you should be able to figure it out from my redneck pictures. See my blog for the info judy's cards and be sure to leave a comment. Here is a picture of a 3" frame used on a card. I'm sure with a little practice it would come out perfect.

Looks good to me

I have made two more cards using the punched square, one starting out with a 3" square, same stamps, different punch, different sketch that you can view on my blog here, or I had to try a bigger square to see if it worked also, so I made a card starting out with a 4" square and chose the train ms border punch, that I didn't think would work, but it worked like a charm, you can see it here.

You can't use heavy weight paper, it might just break your punch. My punch has jammed a couple of times with the paper that I am using. I'm sorry I can't tell you what brand paper it is, I have taken all of it out of the packages. I buy my paper mostly at Michaels or Joann's, you know the cheap stuff.
