Re Problem

Hi Susanna, I have been on the site you reccomended and made my photo size 30.72 KB, I tried to upload it using Windows Explorer and also on Fire Fox, neither worked, I go on browse it goes to my photo, I click open and it goes back to my page with where I want it to show but nothing happens, I've tried a few different places on my computer to get them from but it just stays the same with the writing showing and nothing happens, when I did manage to upload two pictures last week of my cards I did he same and it came up upload, should it do this for my profile photo?
 I can't think what else I can do other than maybe come out of PCP and maybe try to join again, if you'd have me that is lol, and see if it goes in better as maybe their was a glitch when I was being entered, I don't know if this will help, it's just I can't think of any thing else, I'm so sorry for being a nuisance and thank you for your patience, hugs Liz xx
