i have tried uploading a new picture with explorer and with firefox and it does not change. help! xox samara

I see it under attatchments. It says new pics 004.jpg, 1.5 MB. Click on that and you will see the photo of you in your craft room. I hope you see it!

Oooh! Makes me think you're trying this in the wrong area. Click on your my page and right below your current picture should be a link to change the photo. Follow the menu and the picture should change.
Did you ever hear from tech support? I emailed them yesterday for you about this. They were supposed to reach out.
