Uploading Photos to a Forum Discussion

I used to be able to do this, and I see that other group members still can, so I think some setting on my computer has changed and won't allow me to upload a photo into a discussion reply.

I go through the steps and choose a photo from my computer and when I click upload, it just freezes and never uploads. I also can't cancel the process after I start it and have to completely close our of IE to get back to PCP. Fellow group members are able to upload the same photo if I email it to them. So I am very confused. It doesn't seem to have to do with the size of the photo.

I have no problem uploading photos into my albums, just in the discussions.

I am using a PC with Windows XP and IE Version 7... any suggestions?
