Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more

Hi everybody!

We put new bookshelves up and am planning on buying very inexpensive magazine holders & boxes w/lids to organize a little further.  I am buying the plain white color and would like to make them pretty (as any crafter would! ) with scrapbooking paper to make them & the library jazz up & coordinate with our color scheme.  What kind of glue would you suggest I use to keep the paper from lifting from these holders & boxes?

Thanks in advance!

When I make notebooks I use regular white Elmer's school glue with a brayer to apply so I get an even coat. You might want to try a book binders glue I believe that it is called PVC....I'm sure if you google book binders glue you can find it. Best wishes and good luck with your project.
I really like 3 in 1 glue from Beacons. Some people prefer Tombo but I have had experiences with it that when it gets on the paper it remains sticky and doesn't dry...almost like a super post it note and it gathers dust/dirt and any thing it comes in contact with.
will look into these glues as you suggested. Ill post a picture of the final products when I finish! thanks!! am so excited to use scrapbook paper to make lots of things beautiful!! : ))
mod podge is great! i use it quite a lot!
