I love my Copics too, I have tried a few others and my Copics have been my favorite by far. I love that they are refillable and that the nibs can be replaced if needed.

Copics are far superior as far as the quality of the nibs and the color palette.  You need at least 2-3 colors to blend properly.  I don't know how other markers use their numbering system for for blues with Copics you'd need something like a B14, B16, B18 to properly blend.  The blender pen is more of an eraser than blending tool in the traditional sense.

There's a good FAQ here:

Since a few weeks I've flexmarkers (newest copics i guess).

Now I have a question for ya, who're doing this all day perhaps.

How can i get shades on my picture which I'm colouring. Example

I got

C119 - Aquamarine

c555 - Surf blue

and B234 - Jeans blue

with which one I've to start?!

As you can see, I'm new with copics/flexmarkers. How do I use the blender?

Thank you for your time and answers

Chankukah/Hanukkah: I just got a lovely new set at The Rubber Cafe. The Cat's Pajamas has a nice set and Mazel Tov by Paper Trey has some Chanukah images.
