Paper Craft Planet

Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more

My challenge to use is to re-purpose and/or use plastic in a card or tag.

I used a translucent plastic notebook divider to create this card. I stamped Kelly's Sleeping Fairy, Hearts Branch, Fairy Chicklet Right, and "Happy Birthday" Flourish on one side of the plastic using StazOn ink. I colored the reverse side with Copic markers. When the ink dried, I added Stickles to the fairy & chicklet's wings and edged the piece with gold metallic Krylon leafing pen. I added gold-painted chipboard corners, then popped the whole thing up on dimensional foam stickers on a card made from parchment-look cardstock.

Here's a link to my blog, so you can be entered to become my winner and possibly win one of the other prizes!

Love all the sparkle!

What a neat challenge :-)
I wanted to play along with 1 more challenge last night. This was after going to stamp club and out with friends to watch the Pgh Pens hockey game. I was all sorts of paraniod that I wouldn't make it since it was 11:30, THEN (at 11:58pm)I realized that the OBP challenges were PST NOT EST. Ack!!!

I'm going to post the deets after i get home from work but I used SU! chipboard covered with kiwi kiss SU! dp. Baja breeza and Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. A LOT of sanding on the edges, lots of promas and some funk-tastic DP I picked up at Archivers last week.

Thanks for hosting the challenge! it was a LOT of fun!!
