Paper Craft Planet

Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more

This image is inspired by our group chat about a fun place called "Phindyville", where we would live close enough to help each other out when we are sick, tired, hurt, in need of cheer - or just need a new recipe for dinner.  Then I realized, we already have Phindyville, right here in our group at Phindy's Place! We already do all of those things for each other.

So go ahead and share with each other! This is a place for us all to post pics of our Christmas trees, any other holiday decorations and ideas we would like to show off - wreaths we have made, gingerbread houses, decorated stockings, recipes, pics of the kids in the snow, sitting on Santa's lap - anything at all that will help spread the Christmas cheer and allow us to share the good feelings with each other.

Feel free to upload anything you want to share!

Here are the "before" pictures...some of those houses are for daughter's birthday party.

Some photos in the middle of all the fun!

What a perfect December birthday party actitivity! The kids must've had a blast.

My houses..."Christmas Bells" theme (Party theme was "favorite Christmas Carols")...church for "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day" and a store for "Silver Bells".
You'll notice my "landscape" didn't get decorated very much...I was too busy eating and chatting...happens every year.
I might add to it when the kids do their houses. I covered the store roof in white cotton candy and it "melted"...It still looks cool in person, though...exactly like melting snow.

I put those electric tealight candles inside the houses...It looks so cool, but it's really hard to capture with the camera.

Wow - fabulous houses. This looks like so much fun!
Anna, all of these houses are wonderful and I love your church. I definitely see the tea lights in the last picture. Now I have one more question. Where do you all do this? In your garage or did you move all the furniture out of one room of your house?
Shirley- We'd freeze in our garage...LOL...Yes, I move all the furniture out of one room (My living room becomes squished with couches). We have a open floor plan between our family room and our kitchen, so we use both of those rooms. Altogether there are 4 tables. My kitchen table, and 3 folding 6-ft tables.
WOW WOW WOW!!! Looks like hard work! They look AWESOME, Anna!!!!
Anna, these are fantastic! It just all looks like such great fun - especially that pic of all the goodies laid out on the table for trimming the houses. What a tremendous amount of work you put in for this party. I just love the last photo with the little lit up windows - AMAZING!
I love the whole thing! Love all the work you put into it and all the creativity!! Looks like so much fun!

Wow, Anna! That's a lot of work, but they look so cute! I might have to try it again one year.

Anna, stunning houses! Thanks for sharing! It looks like you had fun!
