Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more
FOR 2010 - SOMETHING NEW AND DIFFERENT CHALLENGE!
I am going ahead and posting the challenge for Barbara - hopefully she will add anything I miss and her sample card later - but here are the guidelines for our first Phindy's Place challenge for 2010!
It's very simple! You are going to push yourself to try something new - something you have been meaning to try but kept putting off (or felt nervous about tackling). With the New Year you are going to take this opportunity and push yourself to learn to do something NEW!
Use a Phindy image.
Use a technique, a tool, or material that you have never used before.
You have two weeks for this challenge, so lots of time to figure out a challenging card for yourself!
Please let us know what new challenge you took on with your card when you post it.
Entries are due by Monday, January 25th.
Winner will be chosen by random.org
Winner get's their choice of image from Phindy's etsy shop.
Tag your entry with "Phindy3" so I can find your photos!

Okay...believe it or not but this is a challenge for me....my challenge is to make a card without buttons, flowers or bling...something more on the simple side...if you know me, you know this is awful hard for me. Here is my card.

This is so adorable! And I have to tell you - a TON of people would not consider this design simple! lol It's interesting to me how we judge our own styles and others styles. Part of what makes papercrafting so much fun! :)
