Pink Cat Studio - Challenge #2 - A 3 times 3, 6 by 6, and 1 of 3 Challenge
Hi Everyone!,
It is my turn to issue the Pink Cat Challenge. Most people replied that they wanted to see 2 challenges a month so we are going to do each challenge for about 2 weeks. You are still welcome to do the old challenge if you want to, but here is the new one. I saw a challenge Similar to this once and the cards were stunning so I wanted to change it just a bit and see what all your creativity comes up with!
This is a 3 Part Challenge:
Part 1
Project Size:
Your Project is to be 6" by 6" Card or 3-D items welcome!
Part 2
You are to use 3 of 3 different things example:
3 different ribbons
and
3 different Pat. Papers
and
3 different Stamps
You can do whatever 3 things you want like buttons or eyelets or metal em bellies, whatever you want to do as long as there are 3 different items of that category. So when you are done there will be 9 different things in 3 categories.
Part 3
Color Scheme
You can choose one of the following 3 color groups for your Project.
1.) Tempting Turquoise, Pixie Pink or Pink Passion, and Silver (if you do not have SU colors just use something similar.
2.) Old Olive, Night of Navy, and Ruby Red, and Kraft (optional) (close to co co can be used as a sub for Kraft)
3.) Lavender Lace, Perfect Plum, and Gray (silver may be used as a sub.)
You can use additional colors, but the main colors should be on the project as well. I chose these color schemes because I have seen so many wonderful Holiday Cards this year and most of them are not in the traditional Christmas Colors so I wanted to see what you all came up with in non-traditional Christmas Color Schemes I have seen used lately!

I hope this is clear enough it makes total sense to me, but it may be clear as mud to everyone else!!!!

LMAO that is exactly what i was thinking!!!! i was thinking ok - i am operating on low brain cells thanks to the 2 year old.......hahahahah!!! but i'll pull it together this weekend! challenges are supposed to challenge correct?

That's why I copied and pasted it into a new document to print and bring to my craft table. LOL! I wouldn't remember otherwise!

Ha Ha! Mom's of 2 year olds challenges!!! Well I am a Mom of a 6 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old does that count????
Maybe that is why I do not have a card for my own challenge up yet???
Yesterday I cleaned like mad after being out of town on two different trips last week, and then my MIL is here visiting now because my 6 year old had her 1st grade Christmas Program!!! I am in major stamping withdrawls!!!! Seriously it has been over a week since I got to stamp anything!!!!
Can not wait to see what we all (including me come up with for the challenge!!!!)

Heather!!! I did it!! I can't believe it! This was super hard. I even created a matching envelope for today's Ways to Use It Challenge over at SCS.
Here goes, I made my card 6 by 6, I used the turquoise, pink and silver color combo and used three DPs, three brads and three different stamps!
