Here is the finished card!
First you need some watercolor paper, I used 250lb Arches cold pressed, and some torn tissue paper. Tape the paper to a surface and wet thoroughly.

I normally would have left more paper showing with all that effort put into it but I figured I would make it an entry for friday sketchers and this was the sketch so c'est la vie! You can still see enough of the texture and gold. -
