Wow! A lot to catch up on.
Terri, Fairy, Barbara & Karen- Will keep all of you in prayers that you may have peace, comfort & wisdom as you meet the trials in your life right now.
Judy- Maybe it was just in the air up here today. I had a totally non-productive day also! But I'm also feeling a bit like I needed one of those days...LOL.
Trying to plan out my card, but too tired to think (and it's only 9:30 pm)...so I guess I'll grab my book and head to bed soon.
Shirley- You're sure crafting up a storm coming off of your vacation!! Such sweet cards. :)

Fairy sorry your having the trouble sleeping and the pain. I continue to pray for you gals that have that continuous pain that you would feel some relief.
Shirley thanks for the update on the machines. I don't think I've heard of some of them. Just when I thought I knew quiet a bit about crafty things!
Is the SMT post for all week long. I guess I was thinking you had to post on Tues.
Cathy hope the Dr. gives you some answers and helps things along.
Cheryl we ended up going to La Madeline and I had quiche and salad. My quiche was terrible. Very thin and dry. I think V day took them for a loop!
Usually they are really good there. oh well,

Anna welcome to the cyber world of poofing!!! It has happen to me a few times now. Usually after its been a long one I typed to! We need to come up with a poof protection. I agree, the color, cut and add is easier then the mergering the two. I don't do it often enough for it to come easy either.
Karen!!! so good to see you~ I'm so sorry about your cousins. Not ever a good time but especially when you have so much else going on. I'll keep praying for you and your family.

Barbara yikes on the CC. We had that done to our debit card not long ago. They used the number from out of country. Scrappin expo!! alot like our great american scrapbook convention. ours is in June and I love it!
Shirley two cards!!!! they are great. Question~ what type of sentiment is everyone putting with the little bathtub girl. I love her but don't know how I'd use her.
Barbara, I have the little cricut and the bigger one expression. I have the silhouette, I have the first one that was made first (can't think of the name of it, its put away and would give it to anyone that would like it) I have several of the quick kutz and the revaluation, I have the first machine that was used with the spellbinder dies that you would crank crank then pop them out. oh I sound so silly but can't think of the name... I also have the big shot. And then probably my latest is the Tim Holtz vagabond. I think that's it. I have a laser printer that I love and where I print my digi's from. I have a small photo printer. More toys then I can use but love almost all of them!
I have several quickutz dies both alpha and shapes, I have several cricut cartridges and then probably 6-8 of the old cricut alpha's in the long cases. I love the spellbinders dies and the my favorite things and the cats pajama's dies,(have several of each) Have a big variety of stamps but seem to use the digi's way more often. We have redid our "formal" living room and made it into my craft space. I'll have to post photos, nothing real special but works for me! well girls, that's it from me tonight.... sweet dreams and sunshine tomorrows

Terri, you absolutely have my prayers for your Dad and Mom as welll as for you and your siblings. It's tough to lose a parent, you are never prepared. Hope you find the right time to go...

Terri, definitely will be lifting you all up in prayers. I have to tell you that my SIL's father was diagnosed with End Stage Emphysema and given 6 months to live. He lived over 3 years, so don't give up. I feel your dilemma over whether to go or not? Did you have a trip planned any time for the near future? I think I'd be thinking up an excuse to go, but then you're going to have to pull your acting skills together too.

Evening girls~ Asking y'all for your prayers. My mom sent a email last night telling how my dad had his check up and isn't doing well at all. He has been on full oxygen but is still not good. He has enphlasima sp? and COPD, basically the Dr. said nothing more can be done and dad said he can tell he is going down hill. He did talk to my mom alone and said he is bad, she needs to prepare herself and realize he may just take a last breath and then be gone. Mom wasn't going to say anything yet but felt she needed to. She doesn't want us to come home yet and feels she'll need us later~ says dad knows but yet doesn't what's going on. Nothing was said about how long but doesn't sound like it will be more then some months if that. Trying to decide what to do, not to get my dad more worried if I just show up and him start to give up, so much to decide and be sure I'm doing the right thing. Besides that and dealing with things with Bryan/health/his job/insurance etc...and the drama with the girls it's been a stressful week. I haven't felt good the last 24 hrs. with the weather and glands etc.. but I'm sure some is brought on with stress to?? Our biggest prayer is that if its time for my dad to go that he will go in a breath like the Dr. is saying. That he won't suffer, that my mom will be strong and be able to handle all this right now. (she tends to be more depressed and worry) That I will know what the right thing to do (going home or waiting) I will have a peaceful feeling. My mom doesn't want us to say anything to my dad that we know what the dr. said. she's afraid he would just feel like giving up. Thanks ladies~ I'm so blessed to know I can count on y'all's prayers. (they are in MI and we're in TX, my sister is in IN and see's them pretty often)

Karen, absolutely adore your card. I think I'm really likeing this No DP challenge. It sure does make the images pop. Glad you got an hour or so away from the kiddos, and I'm so sorry about your cousins. That is never easy.
Fairy, I love your card too. It's so bright and sunny and HAPPY! I was LOL at your alphabet soup comment. I have a friend that's on prednisone, and it's done the same thing to her mind. We've been laughing about it.
Anna, all of us have lost a message or two or three at one time or another. It's still PCP's fault because of the way the software is written. You're welcome for the smile. Hope you got everything in place for the kiddos to be home for 4 days.
Barbara, sewing straight takes practice. Also don't watch the needle, but rather line up with something. Yikes on the CC getting stolen, but glad that they caught it and cancelled it. I don't know if you can go for that many days without shopping.
Judy, I know that you and there'll be enough differences in your card, that we won't notice how much sewing is on them.
Well, Miss Sassy Cheryl, I was trhyinng to get my post up before you retired for the night, but I didn't make it. I didn't use Sally Sunshine, but i did have a great time in TM today. I made not one but two cards with NO designer paper. Now I'm off to watch Body of Evidence and then Criminal Minds. Here are my two cards. It's only Wednesday, and I 've got my challenge card made and blogged. What's uip with that.

Sorry that it's cold there. It was really nice today, but for some reason, I just can't get warm.
That really stinks about your CC! Good thing they called you to let you know and that the cancelled it. That's really a hassle to have to go back and set everything up again, but at least you're information is safe now.
Glad that FED EX brought your carts today. I'm sure that perked you up a little. Go play with your machine. That will make you feel better. :)

Barbara what i do if i get a male doc to take my mind of how embarrased i am i think of him sitting on the loo it works somehow makes them more human.Oh and if they offer you an internal ultra sound its not bad at all.
Im so upset for her because she had no savings and she is nearly 60so not enough time to get enough to suppliment her pension. Im off

Hi checking in Fairy loving that card and Judy yours motivated me to do some sewing on all my cards now.Ive been practicing to try to sew straight.lol im bad at it but not giving up yet.Blogged my card for the challenge i used fabric instead of DP i wish i would have sewn it on instead of using heat n bond.lol thats the reason i bought the mini oh well next time.Well its cold here and this morning i got a call from my cc company said someone was trying to use my card on line yesterday but they declined it thank goodness it was for some site that they thought was suspicious.So they canceled it and will send me a new one now i have to set up a new account for paypal i use this one card for all my crafty stuff cause its got a small limit.hubby is scared to use the debit for reasons like this.So no shopping for at least a week gosh what will i do.lol Karen your so sweet im getting there so much stuff is going on health wise i have so many appts for heart this week (fri) then i have monday my blood work from my primary then he wants to see me,then wednesday going to do ultrasounds for my private area doc felt something and he wants to explore.How fun huh but with all that Friday 24th i have a scrapbook expo.How excited i am about that .lol You know docs arent much fun and cathy hope you let us know whats happening with you.Karen forgot to mention im loving your card also,and Terri which machines do you play with? i want to play more with my cricut but somehow always use my pro i just love it.Got my carts from fed ex gosh it was a headache.but maybe ill play with my machine later.fairy how sad for your friend twice two of my friends email was hacked and they asked me for money i lauhged so hard cause the amount was in the thousands.I hope she wont make that mistake ever again so sad. Ok girls im of have to play a bit before hubby gets home been trying to sit with him more.Instead of being in my studio and the computer well takes up to much of my time.Im trying to cut back and do more things you know how that is.so waving to you all try to come back later
