1 C. Flour
1/2 C. Chopped pecans
1 C. Confectionery Sugar
1 C. Cool Whip
3 C. Milk
1 Stick of Butter- Softened
1 8 oz. block of Cream Cheese-Softened
1 LG. package of Lemon pudding (or 2 small ones. I use the instant)
Layer 1: Mix Flour, pecans & butter like dough. Spread in the bottom of a large glass baking dish. I use the double brownie size.
Bake at 375° for about 15 mintues.
Let cool until slightly warm.
Layer 2: Mix Cream Cheese, sugar and one cup of cool whip. Spread on crust.
Layer 3: Mix pudding with recommend milk and spread on 2nd layer.
Layer 4: Top with remaining cool whip and let chill.
