Paper Crafting, Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, and more

Hi! Sorry I missed you guys last week!! Thanks Susanna for taking over for me!! I'm going to be out of town for continuing education for work next week, so I'll have a guest hostess next week as well, so everyone be on your best behavior!! (I'm having flash backs to grade school when the teacher would tell us we were going to have a substitute the next day!! hee hee).

This week's sketch was actually designed by one of our former Scrappy Sunday Guest Designers, the oh-so-talented Crystal Livesay! Crystal recently opened up shop at the Digichick and is designing and selling digital templates inspired by her own amazing scrapbook layouts! Check out her store HERE. I've purchased all of her templates packs so far and they are seriously AWESOME!! If you're a digi scrapper and like to use a template, these are definitely a must-have!! If you'd like to buy the entire kit (it comes with 4 templates total) that includes the template I used for this week's sketch (and make your scrapping super easy this week if you're a digi scrapper), you can pick it up HERE in Crystal's store at the Digichick.

Here's a look at the sketch:

The sketch features one main photo with lots of fun layered papers. Those "x"s represent embellishments of your choice. Feel free to include additional photos if you're a multi-photo scrapper, just try to stay true to the original sketch by building off the main focal point.

If you play along, be sure to use the tag sb101809 (all lower case) so we can find your layouts to pull into the gallery! And remember, all forms of scrapbooking - traditional, digi and hybrid are welcome!! As always, feel free to flip or rotate the sketch or add or remove layers as needed, just as long as the original layout design is recognizable!!

And here's a look at my sample:

thanks for the sketch Jen
mariko-1?context=usersb101809 Ok, This is my first attempt a the Sunday Sketch Challenge and I am not sure if this is how I am suppose to post my layout so if it isn't right please let me know how its really suppose to be done. Anyway, I did have to change the way I put this all together because of the photo I chose to use, but all in all it still resembles the sketch.
I have not been able to scrapbook since school started, but I am on fall break for the next two days and really want to catch up! This is a great sketch!
Dean is such a cutie! I love the buttons, such a great boys layout.
