quick question - I have a problem with some images from an order I placed yesterday. I have sent an email but haven't heard back yet. normally everyone is super quick to address problems. are the powers that be on vacation or out of town perhaps? just want to know because I bought these images for a DT project. if it's going to be a while before I hear back, I need to change tactics and use something else.
