We have a FUN challenge for you today: LET IT SNOW!!! (use snowflakes in some way....paper, stamps, embellishments, etc...)
We don't typically tell you that you have to use SNSS images for our challenges but today we are going to give you BONUS POINTS if you do :). We have various freebies available to you so you shouldn't have a problem finding something if you don't already have some of our images :). What are BONUS POINTS???? Just this past Sunday my 3 yr. old granddaughter was visiting and I shared the Hippo song with her. She thought it was great. As soon as I saw this stamp I rushed to buy it. I'll be starting my card now.

Nancy, I had never heard it before this week. Here's a link to the lyrics and I think on the same page you can listen to it also.
Hippo for Christmas
The song apparently first came out in 1953, and was recorded by 10-year-old Gayla Peevey. At the time, the Lincoln Park Zoo in Oklahoma was in need of a hippo, and so they encouraged the children in the area to save their change to grant Gayla Peevey her Christmas wish. They presented her with Matilda the hippo on Christmas Eve, and she in turn donated it to the zoo. How fun is that??? -

Great cards already! Wow!! Here's mine. I took the picture outside, I think the sunlight is a bit too strong. I hope you like it. I am headed out now to do the runnin' I have to get done.
