Party Hat Kiddo

Time for another 5 Minute Friday!  This week it's a little closer to 15 minutes, but that's ok....I was on the phone when I made this :)  I paper pieced this Party Hat Kiddo by Stampendous.  She's been paired with paper from the Honey collection from My Mind's Eye.  And the sentiment?  It's from my all-time favorite, go-to sentiment set, Happy Messages.  I colored her skin and hair really quickly, with my Spectrum Noir markers (Hair: IG9, IG7, IG4 Skin: FS9, FS4, FS3).
