Typepad issue resolved!

Posted on October 8, 2009 at 10:20am 0 Comments

Since I reached out to the Ning community for help posting Mo's badge, I thought I should "announce" the issue has been resolved. I tried everyone's suggestions to no avail, complained bitterly on my blog and lo and behold, typepad stumbled upon my site and offered their help. No less than 6 e-mails later, problem fixed. They actually wrote the HTML code, sent it to me, and it did not work! I then got an e-mail apologizing for giving me the wrong code-at that point, this rep went n and did it… Continue

Making Friends on PCP

Loving this network! I have only joined 4 groups and find I cannot keep up with them though am finding others every day! I am passionate about crafting-love to scrapbook though lately, I've been making cards, lots of them! I discovered Magnolias, then Copics, and now Mo---OMG, the cutest images and the nicest ladies. So nice to know I am not alone in the absolute joy I get out of these things.

Hey, I try, but every once in awhile, I realize that I am technologically challenged. Now, you can get to my blog-I made several errors when posting the link-a link which did not work! But, hey, I am linked now and so it goes.

I'd love to put Mo's darling little "What-cha-call-it" on my blog. She says grab here-I do but still have not figured out how to post it on my blog. I catch on pretty quickly once someone points out the obvious so if you can do that for me-anyone?-I'd… Continue

Building Community Online

I've recently moved to help my aging mother. While I know I am fortunate to be able to do this and blessed to have my mother, I feel a bit isolated. This is a small town-beautiful, and home to me some 15 years ago but right now, My only friends here are my mothers. They are lovely women but not a crafter among them and all in a different stage of life than I am. So, I am now soaking in all the beautiful work you all are sharing.

Ann, Came to your blog from the Sassy Cheryl blog. Your graduation card is too cute! I have two neices that graduated yesterday that would have loved a card like that. Of course, what I would have done wouldn't have looked like yours, but it would have been fun to try! All of your cards on your blog are awesome! You have encouraged me to shop for more stamps - which is good and bad! Thanks for your inspiration! Carol

CAS = clean and simple, no, or very few embellishments. Mo's designs are so strong, I think embellishments are unnecessary. Have a great day, Ann.
