Dont blame you for budgeting yourself. I should do the same but I love spending money lol! I'm hopefully going to the hobbycraft show at the NEC Birmingham in November and hoping to buy some small Magnolia's as Magnolia have a stand and hopefully they will be there again and I didn't buy any last time :-(
hI Fiona, I had to miss this weeks I had to work a double shift, but looking forward to next weeks.

hi Fiona, Found the group after seeing your last weeks challenge, it looks like fun so thought i would join in, this week, thats if the baby does not decide to come on thursday evening
Hi Fiona
Thanks for the nice comments. The new piccie was taken at my 60th birthday party/meal - a quiet affair as it was when my Dad was so ill, but I enjoyed being with friends and had a nice Italian meal at one of my favourite restaurants in Plymouth. Looking forward to the new images LOL Thanks for the feedback on my cards, have been spending more time putting images up on line than making cards, but have got a few done since I got back. The Faerie Song ones and the black and white Gorjus cards are new, as is the Hanglar and Stanglar one, have a couple more I made yesterday and will be posting them up, probably over the weekend. I hadn't got that many photos as I used to always just scan the cards and print out a colour copy for my records, in case I ran out of inspiration! I have so many new goodies to play with, I almost don't know where to start! Got the new WoJ set coming soon too. I didn't go for the GG2 set, I bought a couple of the first set, those stampsI liked best from the images I was sent. Things are settling down here, but are likely to get interesting again as daughter has now had her date to go into hospital for surgery, so I will be up in Warwickshire for at least a week to 10 days from 2 June. Looking after my grandsons and son in law (and daughter if, fingers crossed, they can do with keyhole surgery and she is discharged within 24 hours). Will be taking a load of images to colour while I'm there though. Love your blog by the way, think I joined as a follower, but will check it out and make sure that I did and join if I didn't. Need to get my own blog sorted out a bit, I'm not happy with the look of it and need to get to visit and comment on a few more of the blogs I have on my favourites list!

Great news, although my camera didn't turn up, I just found all the holiday pics on my laptop, I must have downloaded them after all, just didn't remember doing it! It might have been during one of the nights I couldn't sleep 'cause DH was coughing and sneezing all night LOL
Thanks Fiona - I am looking forward to getting back to my crafting, it is a real stress reliever. Very upset that I appear to have lost my digital camera on the journey home, but have contacted the rental car and airline lost property offices, so it may come to light (fingers crossed).
Hi Fiona
yes I'm back home now, got home last night. Flight was very good but almost 10 hours in one seat on an aircraft is not easy! followed by 5 hour drive from Gatwick! It is good to be home though, the holiday was good and I managed to sneak a few crafting goodies into the suitcases. I have ordered the new WoJ kit, but apart from that don't have any new EB's or other newly released stamps including Magnolia and GG's2. If you have the time, any stamped images would be just great :0)
Now need to get Father in Law's funeral out of the way next friday, then we can get back to normal a bit !
we are going to make a easy card tonight.
You will be needing: 2 pieces of cardstock in different colours, 3 pieces of DP, 1 image, embellishments and your basic tools.
