I would like to invite you to join Phindy's Place, where you will find a great group of crafting ladies. I think you will enjoy the chat, the challenges and the images we work with. Come take a look http://www.papercraftplanet.com/group/phindysplace. I hope to see you there!

One other suggestion would be Bic Mark-Its. I got a BIG pack for around $13 at Sam's Club, and using a tutorial I found online about coloring with copics rubbing the lighter tip onto the darker tip and then shading and blending your image with the lighter marker works just as well, too. Good luck! The most expensive coloring medium isn't always the best for everyone. (I only have 7 copics myself for skin mostly, as they are SO expensive). Hugs, Kelly
I saw your comment about the expensive Copics and couldn't agree more! Just wanted to let you know that I saw a lot of different videos (just google "coloring stamps gamasol" or "coloring stamps sansador" it shows how to color images using a blending solution and colored pencils, most reference using Prisma pencils, but any wax based pencil will work. Hobby Lobby even has a 120 color set for only $19.99 and they work just as great as the $1.27 per pencil version of Prisma. I've colored with the copics and like the soft shaded look of the pencils just as much!!! Hope this helps!!!! I hate the thought of $3 - $5 per color!!!!

It is'nt necessary to pay $ 170. I'am using Derwent pencils in a few pastel colours. You do need two colours for colouring the face. But you cann also do it with water colours or karisma colours.
have fun,
