Hi Lynn, Welcome to the CS Designs group. We are so pleased that you joined us and hope you will have fun in the group. I also hope you will pop in when you get a chance and tell us all about yourself in the "Tell us about Your Creative Side" discussion so all the members can get to know you.
It was great getting to watch your slide show. You skill in coloring is impeccable and I can't wait to see what you do with my Babushkas. :) Chris / CS Designs
Hi Lynn, I did manage to peek about and find your blog addy and peeked into it. Lovely, lovely. I did see that it's been a while since you've had creating time and I understand that completely!!! I have two anniversary parties tomorrow and no cards done. I have been bent over all day sanding and staining in my garage with a friend. We are building a new church and the two of us are doing the decorating so we are trying to finish up a couple of projects we've been working on!! Well, have a wonderful weekend with your friend, and I hope you get some creative time. Hugs~Michele
Hi Lynn! Thanks for adding me as a friend; I added you as well, but I'm not at all sure how that works!! I'm a little computer challenged, but am so much better than I was before I joined splitcoast!! I have graduated from scanner to digital camera which really makes a difference in color quality. Thanks also for your kind words about my gallery and work--I have gleaned so much from so many talented gals. The paper I use most often is a smooth based paper. I had some bargain cardstock for a while that worked well. Stamping up white is not too bad, but I think that the best I've found so far is from Stamping Bella. It gives a nice blend with both gamsol and copics. I have never actually found gamsol brand here in Canada, but I did get some from a friend in the US and have just about finished it. I had other OMS but they seemed to take out too much of my color. Let me know what your blog is called and I'll check it out...bye for now
Hi Lynn: I have looked through your pictures and you are a beautiful colorer and shader. Your cards are beautifully done as well. I have not joined blog land. The bulk of my work is on Splitcoaststampers under my username - mitchygitchygoomy. I am a slow creator and if I did a blog, I would never leave the chair!! Hope you get some play time with those pencils, I'm sure you will do wonderful work with them.
Hi Lynne-Thanks for your comment on my LAY OFF THE FROGS princess. My coloring medium for her and the one I use most often is prismacolor pencils and gamsol (OMS). Sometimes I play with copics too and sometimes I blend the two of them. Copics first tho' and pencils after to accent. I think I heard that using copics over pencil is no good for the markers. If you want to follow a FANTASTIC blog for this medium (gamsol and pencils) look up Paula Williamson's blog called paperpossibilities. If you would like to follow an equally stunning blog for copic creations you can get there from Paula's blog or type into your search engine: Heavens Created This. That blog belongs to Linda Heavens and is just that: heavenly!! Both these gals are on the design team for Stamping Bella.

Hi Lynne! Thank you for joining us at KPink! Kristen has an awesome array of digi stamps available in her Etsy shop. There is a link to it at KPink. But, we aren't just about stamping at KPink. We love to discuss and learn about all art mediums. So, if you have a question about a specific technique, please feel free to post it in the comments on KPink! Chances are someone will have an answer for you. Likewise, if you have a special technique that you would like to share, please do so!! Your creations are absolutely stunning, just gorgeous!
