Baby, You're Da' Bomb - PCP Inspiration Challenge
The PCP Design Team has a fun challenge for you today -- it's an inspiration challenge, sponsored by Bombshell Stamps. To play along, simply pick something that you think is "the bomb" and make something!
Post your project in the Paper Craft Planet photo gallery, and use the tag "PCPBOMB". (Here is a tutorial on adding pictures to the gallery, if you need it.) Shannon, at Bombshell Stamps has generously offered TWO stamps sets as a prize -- Pinstriping and Speed Shop.
My inspiration is from the set Butterfly Queen. When I saw this image, I was immediately taken back to a time when showing your belly button was quite randy and all I could think about was how cool she would look set in an art deco type project. So I went with it and was pleased with the way it turned out.
I stamped her wings using silver pigment ink onto vellum and then heat embossed it using Rainbow Sparkle embossing powder. I love the shimmer it gave the wings.
