** Susanna’s changes: I used butter cake mix, because it’s what I had on hand. I also used chocolate chips. Still delish! I did the first batch dipped in the extra mints, but they created a melted chocolate mess all over the cookie sheet, so made the remainder with out that step.
Total Time: 1 hour, Active Time: 30 minutes (Makes 4 dozen)
